Airbnb: Paris
When choosing a place to stay for our week long visit to Paris we had one major criteria: location. Our apartment did not disappoint. The neighborhood was perfect-- lots of cafes, close to the metro, not too touristy, just lovely. We were located near the Bastille in the 11th arrondissement, very near the Seine river. We love this area. We're ready to put down a deposit and move to this neighborhood, where do we sign?
The home was petite as most French apartments are, but incredibly charming. The host had great art and simple furnishings. The inside doesn't matter too much though, because you're going to want to be sitting outside at a cafe luxuriating over foie gras and fine bread and drinking copious amounts of wine anyhow.
